Pricing is at exact cost of shipping. There is no flat rate. The weight upon checkout is automatically sent to USPS, FedEx, and UPS and the current rate is applied from our shipping location to your zip code worldwide. You will also have the option to choose any carrier of your choosing, the fees however are always paid by the buyer (you). Insurance is calculated into shipping cost and is required. If you have been overcharged you will be reimbursed, or undercharged we will ask for the difference. Either way shipping is exact, no hidden fees or handling charges.

There are 2 options for merchandise damages and we keep it simple;

Broken in Transit - As stated above in 'shipping' we include insurance on all packages. If items are damaged you need to contact the carrier and file a claim, then send the broken items back to us and we will replace immediately and we wait reimbursement from the carriers insurance. You are completely covered and our goal is minimal downtime for your business.

Manufacturer Defects - We cover ALL manufacturers defects, please return for prompt replacement. You are completely covered and our goal is minimal downtime for your business.
